This is probably the message I receive more than any other, usually in response to a post or advert similar to the one below. With that in mind, I have decided to do an upfront post listing everything you need to know in one place. No secrets here or hoops to jump through to find out what it’s about.

This is the opportunity to become an Usborne partner working alongside Usborne Publishing. Usborne is a global brand created and ran as a family business for over 40 years producing world-class and award-winning children’s books are best known for the ‘That’s Not My’ range and the ‘Poppy & Sam’ Farmyard Tales books. As a partner, you will be your own boss and therefore need to be self-motivated but you are not working alone. I will be your mentor for guidance and support and we have a large team that offers encouragement, and ideas and there are full training and guides to help you earn everything you need to know along the way too. As a partner, your role is to put these amazing books into the hands of children. How you do this is up to you but for most people this involved taking the books out to events, working with schools and nurseries, selling online, and any other way you can think of or would like to. You can also increase your earnings to a higher level by bringing in new partners yourself to mentor and increasing the volume of books sold between you all.

Your earnings as a Partner are uncapped, that’s the beauty of being your own boss, the more you work and succeed there more you earn. Below is a breakdown of the commission structure:
24% on book sales
20% on larger school orders
6 % on direct team members
when you move up a level:
29% on book sales
25% on school orders
11% on direct team members
5% on all team members under your directs at any level to you.
You also receive a free book with orders over £120 in volume plus either 10% or 20% of the sales volume in free books and a half-price title.

To get started you sign up via my website using the link in the comments, you will need to order a starter kit when you join which contains around 17 books and has a value of £150, and contains our best selling ranges, as well as brochures and leaflets and, will cost you just £48 – Bargain!
𝐼𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑎𝑛𝑦𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑒𝑙𝑠𝑒 𝐼 𝑛𝑒𝑒𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑤?
The biggest thing people like to know is are there any targets and the answer is…. no! There are some fun incentives you can achieve when you first start and I highly recommend aiming for them as they boost your business with extra stuck, your joining fee refunded, or even a £240 bonus but they are just there if you want to achieve them. There is one condition when you join and that’s to place orders totaling a value of £120 over your first 12 weeks. This can be done in small orders it’s better to do it as one as then you get the free books mentions above. If you don’t achieve this they will invoice you the value of the kit or you can return the books if they are in new condition still. One more thing people often want to do is that we can offer schools up to 60% in free books on orders over £600 but you need to have placed orders totaling £720 or more to unlock this. However, you can work with schools from day one but use your normal free books allowance. The last piece of information you may want to know is what happens if it doesn’t work out for you? The answer is nothing, if you go 6 months without placing an order or £120 or more they simply assume you are no longer doing this as a business and remove you off the system for you. If this happened and you wanted to do it again then you can join again 4 months later.
